A Mod is one of the users I trust with some vital commands in keeping the server running.. For example they have the power to kick a player, Broadcast a message to all players, Create Script Blocks and many more.
Again this cant be gained but only given to you by the Admin.

Mod Commands
Can and Can not's:
Can do all of the User, Guest, Member, Builder and ProBuilder features.
Commands:
/kick <player> = Kicks a user
/broadcast <message> = Broadcast a message to all players
/gm = Change your gamemode quickly
/drunk <player> = Make someone dizzy
/handicap <player> = Stop a player from using commands
/unhandicap <player> = Reallow a player to use commands
/weather <sun/rain> = Change the weather
/tphere <player> = Teleport a player to you
/shoot <player> = Shoot a player high into the air
/slap <player> = Slap a player in the face
/strike <player> = Strike a player with a bolt of lightning
/thor = Place an explosion where your facing
/mute <player> = Stop a player from talking
/unmute <player> = Unmute a player
/potion <player> <potion> <time> = Give a player a potion
/put <player> = Put a player where your facing

/dynmap fullrender = Attempts to render all maps of the entire world from your location (or from the center of that world, if issued from the server console).
/dynmap fullrender world = Attempts to render all maps of the world named world from the center of that world.
/dynmap fullrender world = surface: Attempts to render the map named surface for the world named world from the center of that world.
/dynmap radiusrender radius = attempts to render at least a radius block area, centered on your current location.
/dynmap cancelrender world = cancels any active fullrender or radiusrender on the given world.
/dynmap purgequeue = clears the tile update queue
/dynmap stats = shows rendering statistics for all maps on all worlds.
/dynmap stats world = shows rendering statistics for maps on world world.

/muco add <name> <command> <$1> = Adds a command to the list of commands to be run by /muco <name>. <$1> is where a variable (IE a name) will be needed in that command.

/muco list = Lists multicommands created.
/muco delete <name> = deletes the multi command
/sbcreate = Use this command to create a script and follow displayed informations !
/sbadd = Use this command to add a command, or a script to an already created one, or to an already bound one.
/sbwalkcreate = With this command you can bind Script that will be triggered when the player walk on the block concerned !!!
/sbremove = Use this command to remove a script from a block.
/sbwalkremove = Use this command to remove a script from a walk triggered block !
/sbview = Use this command to view the script you've bound to a block !
/sbwalkview = Use this command to view the "walk" script you've bound to a block !
/sbreload = This command let you reload the save file, to refresh the scripts bound on blocks ! Usefull when editing script in the BlocksData.yml save file while server is still running !
